I just want to let you know that my family and I had a wonderful week in Barcelona last week. Mics Sant Jordi and its staffs are fabulous and contributed to the greatness of our trip. I wish I could have brought Rosa and Ruth in my luggage! They were great !

As a quadriplegic, it’s always hard to leave from our house and travel. It is so complicated even impossible to find caregivers to take care of our personal care as well as to find an adapted apartment with all technical equipment while we travel. Our daily routine is so complicated that there are not a lot of people who are trained to do it. I felt safe with all the caregivers who helped me during my stay. You can thank them and congratulate them.

I arrived two years ago at MICs Sant Jordi and time has passed very quickly, that means I’m comfortable!! I have a spinal cord injury and when a person like me looks for a place, be it for a short time or a long time, they value the adaptation of the environment and the healthcare help. That is why I congratulate MICs Sant Jordi for its facilities, since everything is designed so that you can easily manage yourself, but, above all, I want to highlight its team, where everyone makes you feel as if you were at home. We have stayed at Mics St Jordi 6 times in the last 3 years. The apartments are perfect for my daughter who uses a wheelchair. And the staff are friendly and eager to help. Perfect location near the Teknon clinic. I highly recommend it if you are looking for wheelchair accessible accommodation in Barcelona.

We were last Christmas at the MICs with our 35-year-old son who suffered a stroke in May 2021 and it was the first time he had left. The fully adapted apartment was perfect. During our stay we were able to accompany him to the swimming pool and our son, who was a lifeguard, was able to rediscover the sensations that one experiences in the aquatic environment… This stay was a break in a very difficult period for us. MICs Sant Jordi is a nice place to stay, especially after surgery or a hospital stay. The apartments are nice, spacious and wheelchair accessible. And if you need help, all you have to do is ask. Kind and friendly team. There is also a therapeutic pool. Recommended!
